CNTV membership

Please note that you don’t have to be a member of the National Trust to join CNTV!

To join, simply complete our online form. Once we’ve received your details and subscription, you’ll be sent the full version of our programme which includes contact details for the people leading our volunteering tasks. Please note that you must be 18 or over and that there is a small yearly membership fee of £3 for running expenses and to ensure that National Trust insurance cover is valid.

Should you prefer to use the post, you may download a printable copy of the membership form, then print, complete and post it to our membership secretary in the way it describes (please do not email this version).

Before you start your first activity, you might like to read our new member introductory leaflet. Elsewhere, we have details of what we do, as well as a description of Sunday and weekend tasks with links to examples in pictures.

As a CNTV member, you can earn a National Trust Volunteer card by completing 50 hours or more voluntary work with us per year at National Trust properties. This card gives you entry to most National Trust properties and a generous discount at NT shops and property restaurants.
