How to reach our volunteering activities
Task leaders will be happy to help organise car sharing. You should contact them to confirm details, but it is usually from Shire Hall, Castle Hill, Cambridge, meeting at about 9.30am. The National Trust encourages two or more people travelling together by reimbursing the cost of petrol between task sites and Shire Hall.
The rest of this page details how to get to the work sites if you’re not getting a lift from someone who already knows – though the task leader should be able to help you with directions. If you’re driving, you may be aware that the BBC has traffic information, as does the AA.
